This spacious, comfortable home is centrally located, close to Top Golf, the Village, Wahooz, and lots of dining options. Enjoy time outside in a beautiful tree-shaded, private back yard with a hot tub and grill. Inside, you’ll enjoy a gas fireplace, memory foam mattresses, board games, and ping pong table in garage. The private office space and fast wifi is perfect for remote workers. The neighborhood has over a mile of beautiful walking paths and a community pool open in the summer.
Good to know
The main bedroom has a King-sized Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress, a 55" TV, a comfortable chair, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, tub, and private toilet room. It also has a large closet which could be a good spot for a crib. The second bedroom also has a Tuft & Needle mattress on the queen bed and a chair for relaxing. The third bedroom has two twin memory foam beds. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a queen-sized memory foam bed and a chair along with direct access to the downstairs bathroom. The living room has a comfy reclining leather couch, a gas fireplace, and a 55" tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime pre-loaded. Full kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cups, and cooking utensils. There is an office with a chair (and a door!) off of the dining room and connected to the laundry room which is available for your use. The back porch has a nice table for outdoor eating, a tree-covered outdoor swing, a barbecue grill, and a hot tub. You can use the garage for parking two cars with space for up to three more in the driveway.

The community pool is open from late May through mid-September.
